Yes the provider can do that, but they won't. They will help filter it if you report it, but our attacks only ever last a minute or two.

I've always been told the internet service providers could track it even if the IP's are spoofed, but they only care if you're important or it effects their whole network. ie. not us. :-)

I've been using a trackball Logitech Marble mouse for 10 years or more. Each one lasts about 2-3 years it seems before it gets too worn down.

wow, but i found that mices do have a HUGE effect in gameplay. My mx518 is super responsive, with no lag at all. Maybe some people don't notice..
