unfair ban by evil inc

I had a bad spray, sprayed once was warned by evil. At this point I changed my spray and sprayed again. Same spray showed up...(ex gf naked) I remembered you must reconnect to server for this change to take affect. I left game immediately and reconnected hopeing evil had not noticed and all would be fine. With no warning or questioning I was banned 30min.
I have been playing on the Dogz gun game servers for well over a year, Of course we need admins to keep the peace. But to be honest I felt this was on the verge of admin abuse.

I was just banned again after telling evil i reported him on this website.
reason given "ignoring admins"

Its all true! I'm such a dick, I never give anyone a chance. I guess after the 1st time I saw his spray, I said, muffinman, plz don't spray that spray, no answer, so I said it again, still no answer, one more time i said it. Then he said yes I heard you, then said "Are you an admin". I replied, yes, but does that really matter? When someone asks you not to spray Porn, u should quit.
Next map I saw it again, I guess this is where he should have said Sorry, I thought I changed it, I'm working on fixing it. BUT NO, nothing. So, and this is where I thought I was being NICE, he got a 30 min ban, that will get their attention every time. I guess I should just have given him a permanent ban.
After the 30 min ban, he comes in and says he reported me, I said ok, big deal. Now plz let it go, and don't be a smart ass about it, but he wouldn't shut up, so I banned him for good. |

I agree with you Evil people need to quit being idiots and realize we have to deal with morons constantly being admin. If someone puts a porn spray up I'll kick them with the change your spray in console. If they come back spray it again I give them a ban for 10 min if they don't change it still or come in with an attitude it is their third strike with me.

One last thing muffin, even if he only gave you one warning, our MOTD is an immediate first warning. In our MOTD it clearly says if you do not follow these rules you will be BANNED. We are not required to warn because that is in fact a warning but we do often warn people ourselves. Inc is one of our nicest admins and always gives people several chances. Even if he only gave you one warning a 30 minute ban is by far going easy on you for a porn spray. |

Evil-Inc. Was justified in every way possible. He is by far the most calm easy going admins we have. SO for him to even ban someone tells me you were purposely ignoring him. MOTD says it all. NO PORN SPRAYS!! NO IGNORING ADMINS. There are 2 infractions of the rules. Then by rejoining the server telling him that "I reported you".. big no no. You don't run the ship, WE do. TAKE CARE NOW BYE BYE THEN!!!

Amen Ctrl!!!!!!! I agree whole heartedly we run this ship just fine if we ban and it is by mistake that is why we allow people to come appeal. I will admit at times if someone gets too hyped up over a kick for a rule violation I will ban them then let them cool off for a bit add them and talk to them about it and if the time they get they calm down and I feel they are sorry for it. I'll lift the ban. But a person reporting an admin for a 30 min ban screams to me that person isn't mature enough for this server to begin with.
