Reason why you should be unbanned : @211, thought that I was recruiting... well in recent years I have not had a clan and was never trying to do so. Server logs should be checked if you record them. Another guy in the server was asking me why I got banned, told him to ask and then 211 thought I was recruiting someone when indeed I was not. I can play here or choose another server. Really up to ya'll. I have known a few of you and old time players but you will have to think back about 2 years ago to see that. All my ranks and stats are gone from then from the looks of it. Below shows I was only banned once (no clue why on that one for 4 hrs) and the recent one of which shows exploiting but that wasn't the real reason and it appears that he did not select the correct reason. I talked to 211 and he said he would take care of it but now 5 days later I am trying to get it resolved myself...

Looking into it shouldn't have to be done... its simple - Check server logs and report back. I was not asking anyone to join my clan and lookup my name on steam. I do not have a clan or even a tag that I use! |

ok, so when you were chatting with "a hot taco", and he said that he was looking for a clan, then I see a clan tag posted on chat, I just put 2 in 2 together. I said I would lift it if I could, I can't,dont have access... and that is the right reason because there is no "recriuting or advertising" option in the reason list.
Look, in these times when donations are in a high demand, we can't spare any potential donator venturing off to another server or clan. I've seen a hot taco in here a lot. So , that's why I dropped that hammer so quickly.
Well, if you don't like it....you can get a bowl of "DEEZNUTZ"...

Sadly if you drop the hammer all to quick, you may detour such a potential person that could make this clan a self-sustainable clan that does not need donations to run, only members supporting it...
Clans can make money, not by donations. I see you need $250ish monthly... ya'll are paying someone monthly to HOST the servers. Why not rent a dedicated box and run a couple game servers off it for other people and the website... Maybe looking at $150 or less a month, with the possibility of running +1-2 for other people at a discount to make up so only $100 goal monthly. |

And like others like I have forgot, selling admin on all servers at X price a month. Mainly if you allow that, then it will all pay for itself! |

1st off, let me say you have gone the wrong way about over turning your ban. Sub said it would be looked into, and then you tell him, that it doesnt its simple look @ the chat logs, well not everything that is considered is due to 'Chat Logs' and it doesnt miraculously forget to record your convo as you stated. Then basically telling us how to run our server! We have 1 of the best set of servers around. Ok so now on to your actual appeal, 211 rarely bans anyone, so I dont think he went out of his way to PERMA BAN you for nothing. I think from his story it sounds valid. Though i looked through the chat logs and didnt see anything, i wasnt gonna go through 100 pages just to find it. My advice , wait until WE reach a verdict on your smart ass and then YOU can take a look at whether or no it has been overturned or your ban time shortened , IMO thats what you should receive is a 2 week ban. if anything we could probably ban for chat spamming, you sure do like to talk about how good you are and how everyone else who is better than you is Hackin, get over yourself please, and be patient until we decide whats going to happen
