Ok so here's what happened... My roommate was becoming increasingly angry with my CS playing late last night. So around 3 AM I log off CS and go to bed. Since I never log out of steam unless I turn my computer off, my roommate was able to access my steam account and get on CS. To get back at my disruptive gaming, he turns on some old, barely used, shitty aimbot I have on my cluttered desktop (I rarely do any kind of file cleaning) and logs on to my favorite GG servers to get me banned. I realize that this is my fault for leaving my steam account open, and, rest assured, I won't do that again. I'll do whatever it takes to get this permaban revoked. I'd never even dream of hacking on any server nowadays, much less on the servers I play on 99% of the time. |

And from your chat log...it seems like you were the one playing at the time, unless your roommate uses went through the trouble of studying your chat habits, and replicating them!

....You sir, are wrong. I got off the non- dm server a little after three. After that, roommate got on the dm server. He didn't say anything in chat. From what i can tell, he was in maybe five minutes before getting banned by the console, but he didn't say anything in chat. If I could check your chats logs, I'm sure I could show you that. I realize its my account and my responsibility, and I'll make sure it never happens again.

#1 You say around 3 am you logged off and then sometime after your roommate got on your account.
- Looking at the chat log of turbo reverse you started chatting @ 12:55am and then there is a constant chat log from you going from that time until 2:08am then the chat picks back up @ 3:21 around the time you claim to have logged off. But the chat log continues from that point until 4:34am

so the last chat log @ 4:34am would of been 3:34am your time and within 9 min you were banned for hacking? I have doubts that your "roommate" moved that quick on coming up with a plan to get you banned from our servers waited for you to leave the room re access your computer activate the aimbot and then join the servers....just doesn't make sense.

well, like i said, he had been complaining all night about it. and it would only take about 30 seconds to do all those things since i usually just leave the computer sitting here when i go to bed. 9 min is more than ample time to double click two different things then join a cs server. all he had to do was wait for me to go to my room, get on the computer and bam its done. but i shouldn't have to sit here and defend every single thing i say. either you will believe i tell the truth or you wont. i cant say anything to convince you otherwise, since you've obviously already made up your mind as to my guilt. i told you guys what happened, and if you don't believe me, its not my problem. i told the truth. so if you unban me, awesome. if you don't ill just find other servers to play on and be glad to do it.

It is an unfortunate situation...
It has always been our policy to permanently ban anyone caught hacking on our servers. All we know is your account was use to cheat.
