hi guys. first off, id like to say i really enjoy your servers. most everyone is pretty awesome. but on occasion, admins tend to change maps without asking or waiting for an rtv to go thru. most of the time, i dont care; i don't speak a word about admin abuse. but several times earlier tonight, zodiac, without even asking anyone if they wanted another map or waiting for an rtv to go thru, changed the map. like i said, i normally get along great with all your admins. but all i did was call admin abuse on him and throw the f bomb around some. and i get banned a week for it? a day, i could maybe understand. but given as how what he did could be construed as admin abuse, i view it as unfair.

Reason why you should be unbanned : as detailed above, all i did was call someone out for what I felt was a gross misuse of their admin. didnt call him any bad names as i can recall; the worst i said was something like "fuck off zodiac. i dont give a fuck what you say thats admin abuse" and then i got banned. thank you for the time and for running great servers! |

This is absolutely untrue when it went to Lego_arena 2 ppl were complaining about the map and I asked if they would rather have the origional and a large amount said yes & I changed it just after the warm up round so it wasn't like you had anything invested in the map and were close to a win. (This is the ONLY time I change the map) not "several times" as trig would like everyone to believe.

As you can also see I was not the Admin who banned or kicked YOU ....Cellular and Skinny were both present and Cell thought you had crossed the line enough for you to be banned.

well either way there is an rtv option in game so we can choose ourselves to change it. and you were ther earlier when the map was changed all of a sudden; i just assumed it was you. sorry if it wasnt. but regardless, why was i banend? for disrespecting an admin? i didnt even insult you; just said to fuck off. |

First of all, the map was not popular, and the majority of the server wanted it changed. This goes beyond the map change, because that can be argued all day.
You were banned for disrespecting an admin. You were kicked, came back and continued to spout off insults/bullshit and then leaving before I have a chance to ban you? Please. You obviously knew something bad was coming your way.
I have no simpathy for you. It seems you would benefit from keeping your comments to yourself.

i could understand if i had actually slandered him in some way but i didnt. am i not allowed to speak my mind? i could understand if a called him some terrible name or something; but speaking my mind for what i felt was unfair? EDIT: i looked at the transcript and i did say he was a cock. i apologize for that. but in that sense, so many people should be banned for calling someone a name. people get angry in this game shit gets said. but im normally a great player and get along fine with everyone. now i call an admin a name one time in the wrong context and get banned for a week? and i left because i didnt want to say anything else. i just wanted to cool off before i came back. i didnt expect to get banned for speaking my mind. i didnt even get a warning before getting banned. i realize i left before one could be given, but i still feel a week is inappropriate.

as cell said i was banned for disrespecting you. if someone had told me "hey, stop talking that way, its disrespectful, and if you dont you'll be banned." then i would've shut up. but no one did. i was banned after i mouthed off one last time, in which i didn't even do anything besides express an opinion. telling you to fuck off? man ive seen people come in the servers and say the most vulgar racist things, mic spam, spray disgusting inappropriate sprays with and admin present and no one says anything, or if they do they give the individual ample warning. i mouth off once and get banned even though im a long time player on the server in pretty good standing? like i said, i can see why i was banned i just feel a week is too long, especially given the circumstances.

Then after I changed it to lego_arena...everyone starts to arrive in the server you make another comment:
"faggot ass move", "dont you fuckin abuse ur admin either",

I then told you "you probably shouldn't talk to an admin like that"

I have serious doubts that players are getting away with "vulgar, racist things, mic spam, spraying disgusting inappropriate sprays" these actions with an admin in the server and saying nothing....now it just seems your trying to degrade the quality of admin we have in the server.

sorry, but i didn't see that you had said that. but it still isn't indicative of getting banned. people usually get a clear "IM GOING TO BAN YOU IF YOU CONTINUE THIS BEHAVIOR" warning but i wasn't. im not trying to contest what i said. i apologized for being brash. i realize that it was rude and i never said it wasn't. i just feel a week is too extreme. and yes, sometimes people do get away with that stuff with an admin present. not trying to say you have shitty admins, just that shit happens; and all those people who do say vulgar terrible things or whatever are given AMPLE warning before being banned. i got nothing. i don't want to be perceived as being needlessly argumentative, i just want to be able to voice my opinion on the subject. i wont respond to any more back and forth from you zodiac; it feels as if you're trying to goad me. ill wait for a decision. thank you for your time.

Ban length is not up to you, sorry. I feel that a week is an appropriate amount of time to prevent any future problems. A 1 hour, or 1 day ban.....not so much.

Thats bullshit. If an admin is aware of the problem, it gets taken care of. If no admins are online, report it on the forums and it also gets taken care of very quickly.
