Reason why you should be unbanned : I got banned a few days ago while playing on the deathmatch turbo server for having a "porn spray." I have only played on the sever once before and was unsure of the rule. i joined the game and used my spray right away (as i usually do on all servers) one of the admins saw my spray and said that it's not allowed in the server because its a "porn spray" i said ok and continued to play a 3 or 4 more rounds. after those rounds i sprayed it a second time out of habit, not thinking and totally forgot about the rule. I have since then changed my spray to something appropriate and am sure that this will never happen again.

1. You should make it a habit to check the MOTD on all servers you play on, ours clearly states no porn sprays.
2. After he told you the first time, you should have changed it, instead you ignored him and even if it was an accident, you sprayed it again. This could have been avoided if you would have changed it when he first asked.
It will be discussed and we will post a decision. |

i made a mistake in my post. I was actually banned while playing in the DoGz GunGame: eathmatch server (for my first time) I have played in the DoGz GunGame::Turbo server numerous times and have never had a problem with the same spray that i used to get me banned. i only want to be unbanned to play in the turbo server if that makes any difference at all |

OK well they are both our servers, and they both have the same rules. If you weren't banned on turbo, its cuz an admin didnt see it at all. That doesnt mean its ok to use it. As i said in my other post you should check the MOTD on the server if you are unsure of the rules.
And usually, when people appeal a ban, they at least say they are sorry, instead of making up 3 different excuses about how it was an accident, or you forgot, or you never got banned for it before.
Man up, take responsibility, dont make excuses, and just say you are sorry! That will get you further than trying to make excuses!

You say you never had any problems with the spray in the turbo server? I find that quite hard to believe. All of our admins ban for porn sprays, or at least ask you to change it. |

Nope, I have never had a problem in the turbo server. I just installed CSs last week so I havnt played very much either.
Well you guys all know the situation now and I don't feel the need for me to argue with admins. So just let me know your decision.

the other player was me and as soon as i saw it i told you that you will be banned if you do it again and when you sprayed it second time i wasnt fast enough to beat chilleo to the ban hammer
