22/08/2013 17:07 CEST - At the moment one of our boxes is crashed and needs to be replaced. We are working to restore the service on a new box. We do not expect any data to be lost. gameME Stats accounts with logaddresses log04/logs09/logs10/logs12/logs15/logs16 are affected by this problem! Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot give any estimated time once the service for all gameME Stats accounts are restored. Our apologies for the inconviences and we are working to restore everything as soon as possible! Also, we keep you updated within this status box!

22/08/2013 22:30 CEST - It seems we - unfortunately - do not get the new hardware today. We hope we get it tomorrow morning.

23/08/2013 12:30 CEST - We still got no hardware replacement yet. We have contacted the support-staff of the datacenter our boxes are located in, and we should get a replacement today in a couple of hours.

23/08/2013 20:00 CEST - We still do not got new hardware. We have contacted the support-staff again which had promised us the box would have been replaced until 3 hours ago. We are afraid but we do not think the new box will arrive today. While the replace process is fully automated (without humans, only robots) it has to be stucked somewhere. Meanwhile, we are preparing the move to the new box and have roughly checked the backups and we do not expect and data loss.
