1st, since i returned to the US ~ a yr ago, i have been a regular player on the gg servers. and before that, for a long time, i was also a regular.
this should mean something b/c if you check my history, i have never been banned before & that's b/c i enjoy playing on your gg servers & wouldn't want to do anything to get me banned.
apparently the 1st ban was for micspamming. but i seriously doubt that i was micspamming. 1st, often when i join people are having conversations or playing music, sometimes for the entire duration that i'm on. i don't recall ever seeing any of them banned, which is fine & makes sense b/c there's an easy fix for this - just mute them. so i don't understand why i was banned for that but that ban is over so ok.
however, just as the 1st ban ended, i'm banned for allegedly ignoring the admins. well i don't know how, especially if i was banned - so how, while i was banned, did i ignore an admin or do anything?
i never was warned, or as far as i know, engaged in any substantive communication w/ any admin. i did have a very brief discussion w/ someone claiming to be an admin, perhaps a new admin. so i explained that i had music on & couldn't really hear but out of respect, in case it was an admin, i turned the music down & listened to his point.
since there are apparently some new rules i just said ok, w/e, finished warming-up & then went to pug. and again, this was prior to the 1st ban.
and i have no problem if there are new rules, just make it explicit that they exist, enforce them equally & i'll continue to enjoy warming-up on your servers.

Thank you for your post, we will speak with the banning admin and get his input. In the meantime, please carefully look thoroughly at our rules and please abide them.
The first was for a combination of things, including the chat spamming ( http://gameme.dog...hat/269698 ) but predominately it was for your overuse of the phrase "fucking faggot". While we don't have a rule against swearing, excessive derogatory or prejudice remarks won't be tolerated.
Moreover it was your attitude when I asked you to please watch your language. Instead of recognizing that I am a [*DoGz*] member and simply acknowledging my request, you opted for a different route.

You were warned by another member to quit chat spamming before I made my request for you to watch your mouth. I didn't have my mic on, so my end of our conversation was all through chat. So if you were listening to music it definitely wasn't an issue in 'hearing me'. I have a demo of our entire conversation, incase you need to be reminded.
The second was because I played with you a couple days later - after the first ban expired, mind you - for a few rounds and heard you say the phrase mentioned above more than a few times.
With that said, I don't have anything against you personally. I would just like for you to tone it down a bit and have some more respect for the rest of the players in the servers. Some of us just like to play for fun and when someone comes in calling everyone names and insulting them left and right it kinda kills the environment.
