To Fix your rates you must first enable you console.
To enable your console:
Step 1. start up CSS.
Step 2. click on the keyboard tab.
Step 3. click on the advanced option tab.
Step 4. click the box beside the "Developer Console" option.
To fix your rates:
Step 1. start up CSS.
Step 2. Press the ~ to the left of the #1 key or below the esc key.
Step 3. Type "cl_rate 30000"
Step 4. Type "cl_cmdrate 100"
Step 5. Type "cl_updaterate 100"
Once you do this once you should not have to do it again. Type net_graph 3 in you console to check your rates if your choke is not sitting around 0 then go into your console and type "cl_rate 50000"
I understand enabling the console but what does Fixing rates accomplish ?
