Hi hamm0, did this guy say anything else on his mic or was it just his message chat? Although it appears as though he may be messaging to get attention, his comment might not constitute a ban but maybe a warning. It didn't seem like there were any slurs or racist comments other than his love for the worst dictator in human history. It is like saying "I love Satan" in my opinion. If he was spamming his comments then it is a different story and can be banned. For his insensitivity then we could warn him to respect other players and their points of view. If he keeps doing it then that is a different matter that will need to be closely reviewed. I will keep a close eye on this guy if he ever returns and feel free to keep us updated if anything else ever comes up with this player.
