Doesn't seem obvious in any way. ***Remember that you run as fast with a pistol compared to wielding a knife in CS:S. In addition, hitboxes are very big and gunfire is dictated a lot by RNG in Source which can explain his aim. If you really think this person is cheating, you need to provide a much longer demo. I can't do much with a 1-2 min demo.
