Hi Mike92, I was on the server as well with you and Turbo and Brea. Both Turbo and Brea were talking on the mic once I joined the game. I did not see any problems with both of them. This kind of behavior is common and after a while they stop. Turbo was making inappropriate noises, but stopped shortly later.
If these people were screaming, using constant profanity and blasting music through the mic, then a warning would be issued immediately and possibly ban.
As for now, we will monitor their behavior.
