Rambo, when you log into the server, the MOTD appears. It strictly says NO RACISM, BE RESPECTFUL TO ADMINS AND PLAYERS.
You did not take the time to read and abide the rules. Therefore you have violated two rules.

Now if you continue with that attitude, you will stay permamently banned from the servers and other areas. Do you want to play in our servers? Do you want to have fun?
Stay quiet and refrain from posting about admins powers and such. That will get you no further.
