How about this one? it's an 80 gold instead of bronze with a higher max watt. Also cost 60 bucks after the 10 dollar rebate card.

Not sure I would recommend a thermaltake, what is your price limit and what are you looking to power in your system?
I would recommend something like this.

Seasonic is pretty much one of the best PSU manufacturers and a good chunk of the good psu's out there are seasonic rebrands.

Remember, you want to provide a adequate amount of power to your PC.
Like Scyy said, I agree too. I highly recommend Seasonic power supplies. They are other good brands, but Seasonic uses high quality capacitors and provide maxiumim throughput to your PC components.
Don't cheap out on a power supply. You dont want to ruin all of your components, because of a poor designed power supply.
I dont know what your specs are, but you may be able to use a 600Watt power supply.

I would get one in the higher range. In the future, you might add more hard drives, a high end video card, and maybe couple of cooling fans.

I dont run a whole lot in my PC. I have 500gb WD Black HDD, MSI 6450 HD graphics card, Amd Athlon 64x2 processor. BUT I will be upgrading to a Amd a8-5600k quad core, and new motherboard and ram here shortly as well as a SSD, I am looking at spending about 60-70 max on a PSU, and would like to stick with my black and blue theme as everything i have is already those colors and so will the new MSI motherboard I am buying, Thats why I like the Corsair GS600, color and also Reliablity, they make some of the best stuff out there IMO. But

Wait a minute you won't recommend a thermaltake tough power gold rated PSU. That has Seasonic internals. Yet you'll recommend a seasonic bronze rated with less wattage for almost 60% more cost? That makes a lot of sense right there.

most of the time you can discredit one star reviews by telling they were complete idiots that didn't know what they were doing to begin with lol.

Ah, my mistake. I forget that thermaltake has one good line of psu's and that they aren't all crap.
Here's what my mind jumps to when someone says thermaltake psu.
