Player is definitely aimbotting, maybe wall hacking. It looks like he is switching it on and off. Some spinning head shots, no scopes, et cetera.
Jarred has it absolutely right. This guy was for sure pulling something. Spec'ing him and also following him while on his team, he was making impossible head shots and knowing where players were around corners.
He would run up his score, nothing but headshots, then like the other player I reported last week, would never be able to nade or knife and would spin on spot after making each kill. He was doing this consistently, and suggests he was toggling.
