I don't really like this video ...just some punks mouthing off to authority figures thinking they are oh soooooo cool.
Oh and P.S. the video says " the use of public filming and freedom of speech were used in this video. You CAN be arrested for lewd conduct or disturbing the peace for swearing in public / at an officer so probably not a smart way to "handle the police"

Actually I'm pretty sure that if the government is allowed to place a GPS on your car sitting in your driveway and on your property because there isn't an expected level of privacy, you can film police doing their jobs as long as you don't interfere with them.
(Although to be honest, quite a few states have made their own laws, but federally you're in the clear)
I'm not a fan of technology and law enforcement. There's been quite a few really shady things in the mix. I'm a fan of the EFF
On the other hand, if I could have I'd have crawled out of my car after my accident and punched all of the dipshits lined up on the side of the road with their cameras taking photos of my wreck. Fuckers.
