From what I see, you were banned previously for innapropriate language, which was either excessive swearing, or use of offensive slurs. Whatever the case, we'll have to let the banning admin make his case prior to doing anything.
Though I'm not sure how we handle any strike policies, be it 2 strikes, 3 strikes or whatever the case, if you are lifted or given a lighter ban from this, I would heavily suggest trying to avoid a 3rd strike. We have the MOTD all over the place, and while some admins are stricter then others it's usually the best case scenario to read it over and in the future simply keep the thought of,
"If it makes you question if it's against the MOTD, simply don't do it."
Also, thank you for the mature appeal. Things like that tend to make your case be taken more seriously around here.
