I see the crosshairs twitching about and nothing that would indicate a wall hack. He's not hitting anything for crap, it could be a crappy aimbot or could be messing with you. In his chat log he's quite adamant about taunting you for watching.
If you had gathered more evidence I'd feel better about a ban, at least in my opinion. (Unless if one of the senior admins view his past history as ban worthy...)
If you see him on again let us know. Odds are he'll hang himself soon enough

no other demos its just in one of the dems you can see him follow through the walls and pre fire before he even sees the person hes always looking where someone is or comes from and the aimbot is only seen a lil bit where the crosshair twiches alot yet he still hits his targets alot of aimbots look that way could just be him with aimbot but i see him looking where people are |

i'm sorry I didn't see anything in the demo...where he was looking into the walls they were legit places to be checking for an enemy on that map...
