Now, I don't think he's a bad guy, but never in my years of CSS have I seen so much passive complaining via chat. Once in a while when things don't go your way, it's fine to complain, but this guy operates on a different level.

As far as I'm concerned, it's effectively spamming. Just look at the timestamps.
I don't even know if there's much you can do about this guy, but I figured it was worth mentioning. His comments are frustrating after the umpteenth time, and there's no way to turn it off as far as I know.

By the way, this isn't just a one night thing. I've seen him do this everytime I've played with him for the last year or so. Honestly, there's only so much patience. I've even tried to give him tips on how to get better, but nothing gives.

I also witnessed this as well. At first, I didn't mind because I was too busy fragging people. However, when its every time I join the server with him, then I mean its a little annoying and also spamming which is a violation of Dogz Servers.
Just to let out this message to all clients who connect to the server, if you are going to use the chat box in game, remember that we do not care what you write inside during game (unless its threating to someone) and please do not spam it! Thank you.
