Reserved slot kicks
Ibizan Schoolgirl
I keep getting kicked from the Arena and Turbo DM servers for a reserved slot. I donate monthly so it should be all good. In the past when the server is full I just connect through the console with no problems. The last couple of days, it lets me connect, but after a minute or so it tries to redirect me to another server to free up a reserved slot. Am I doing it wrong? =]

Your reserved slot was not active. Sorry.

Reactivated. Thank you for your donation!

I would like to know why is that when I have reserved slot access, I then connect to a server that is full, a few minutes later i am kicked from the server. I can get back in using the connect etc command.

Shouldn't it kick out those who "do not" have reserve slot access? I'm baffled and curious to know if this is valves fault or just a design.

I am very happy overall with the server quality. Thank you!

If you are getting kicked, you do not have reserved slot access.

Anyone can connect to our servers if they are full. It will kick you out after about 2 minutes if you do not accept the redirect. If you have reserved slot access, another player will be kicked to give you a slot to use.
