Seriously?............................................. I agree with PETA that the tanooki shouldn't be beaten, hanged, or skinned alive, but rather be put down quick and painless and then completely used. Whether it be for fur or meat.. That's how humans have survived since time began. But them going after Mario, of all games... Do they really think they can overthrow Nintendo? All this for publicity.. Who here has ever obtained the tanooki suit in a Mario game and then when finished playing, felt like going out and obtaining a real tanooki suit by skinning an actual tanooki while it was still alive? Seriously.
 Give me a break..

hey man, apparently that falling leaf was actually a beaten up tanooki I skinned after I jumped up to the block above me.
