no written or verbal warning? no kick? no hour ban? no demo? nothing is even in any logs that supports the reason for banning; this is pretty much admin abuse and visceral reaction without a hint of reasoning or logical support, and completely exposes a lack of poor unfair judgement and decision making. I'm more than happy to find another server, but at the very least I want to document my disgust with this unfair treatment. |

You seem somewhat sophisticated in your ban appeal, but this wasn't the same person who I banned from the server tonight. I did warn you over the mic by saying "slow your roll or you will be out of here" and you gave me a roger that with your css commands. If you feel like spouting off at the mouth and calling people faggots and yelling into your mic then this isnt the server for you. If it happens again its a week ban. I only gave you a day, wait ur time and please try to follow the rules of the server. If you dont know the rules, its a good thing to check the motd. Thanks

First: It was just a 1 day ban.
Second: here is the chat log of you calling someone a fucking faggot http://gameme.dog...chat/12139 which i'm sure is part of the issue with your :Inappropriate Language" Ban
Third: The body of your ban appeal really shows that the admin probably had a pretty good reason to issue the ban with the attitude you are displaying.
So as stated before its 1 day take this time to readjust your attitude and i'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

I don't suppose I'm going to win this argument, but the MOTD didn't say anything about cursing, or yelling on the mic for that matter - neither of which do I deny doing. I just think the response was heavy handed, and I don't recall receiving a verbal warning over the mic. If I missed my warning, then so be it, but ultimately, at the end of the day, I'll hang my hat on the punishment not fitting the crime, and accept that as a point of contention between me and those who control policy. I don't expect to win anyone over on this point, so I'll agree to disagree on it. |

hey douchebag. In MOTD it clearly states " respect all players and admin" calling people FAGGOTS, is disrespectful, yelling and screaming over your mic is the same as well, And If you were verbally warned and communicated back with a CSS command. so i find it highly unlikely that Kush is making that up. ANd Its a 1 day ban after all, upon further review.. just GTFO we dont have time or patience for ignorant people such as yourself, please find a different server to play or i will make it happen when i see you again in game..
