hello! my name is Paul.
my username or (nickname) is targus
i believe i was wrongfully banned from this server. i read the reason for it and it says innapropriate language. it does not apply to me because i used no profanity. i was called a "dumb fuck" and many other obscene names. i responded with a calm but frim sir and or maam please calm down. these comments continued throughout the night and i stayed posative and nice to everyone except for one remark where i agreed with someone saying that women should be in the kitchen making sandwiches. so i believe i was wrongfully banned or if that one silly little comment is what got me banned then there should definately be more people then just me banned. Thank you for reading this and understanding my problem. (if you need a spanish translation i can not help you. please ask a spaniard or mexican. thanks) |

Negative. I gave you warnings. You and your buddy came in trollin, I muted other players as well. It went well beyond sandwhiches kid, as exactly what you are, a kid on summer break that doesnt care bout rules. Other players just trolled you back, thats why I muted them also. Sit back for a week and come back and get your frag on... if suited...

now that is just completly wrong. never once did i see a warning. i also never heard one. you may have typed it but i just didnt read it. also that lion girl was being very rude and i never saw her get muted. and the translation is just being thoughtful. im not sure if you guys speak spanish or some other language. i would be fine with a temporary ban but i was not mean ever except for the kitchen remark. and yes i was trolling a bit but i did not start being mean till others were to me. |

This will be reviewed, and I did give you warnings, but as my children do, in one ear, out the other. And if you said those things to any female I know, she would nut up on you like lion did, then I would back hand you a couple times for respect and good measure.

look the things i said were always as a joke and i know that wasnt implied but i dont think lowely of women. but she did make remarks toward me before i did towars her and i know this wont change anything but i just want to get the facts straight. i am fine with a ban i just dont want there to be any reason why i shouldnt be banned out there and not noticed |

so what if some of those comments were rude. i heard much worse things in there and the only other person who got banned was madpeeps. and that wasnt even permanent. i was saying the least amount of rude remarks out of anyone that was talking the whole time. dont perma me for talking about a spanish translate i was just trying to have a little fun and maybe there is one person that reads spanish i have no idea because the only people that read the rules are either mods or just the random 1 in 500 people that log onto the server. |

Firstly, I would like to say that I would have been ok with knocking this down to a week or two. But since your first post your whole attitude in general has changed my mind. You show me no reason as to why you won't just do the same crap all over again as soon as you are on our servers again.
Your whole "who cares, it was just a joke" attitude doesnt bode well. WE care apparently enough to ban you. And they are our servers, so those who play on them must abide to all our rules. The MOTD (message of the day) is the first screen you see when you join our server, it clearly has all the rules listed (in english).
I am now going to lock down this thread, preventing it from turning into even more of a bad example of what not to do when appealing a ban....
