When shooting at the opposing players..... Joe Blow jumps in front of me and his head absorbs my shot and i get killed very shortly after he dies..... because they can shoot right threw.. lol
I do not know of a way to change the way the no-block program is coded to allow for the bullets to work in the way you mention. Due to the game engine and the way this mod works together even with no block your teamates hit boxes still effect your bullets even when you are inside each other. There is nothing that can be done about it. Just try to make sure your not standing inside a teamate when ether of you are shooting otherwise your bullets wont do very much damage. Happy Gaming
Your bullets don't stop, they just do a heck of alot less damage. For example a scout head shot through your teammates head to the enemy only does around 120 damage.
