Here are my two youngest kids with our January thaw Snowman today.
Daddys home cause momma's sick & Chandler (7yr) got to stay home & play in snow with Dad & Chloe (2yr).
It's 40 hre today. Perfect snow for snowman & a nice break from the cold.

It's 40 here as well today, and foggy as hell. I'll throw up a couple pics after I plug in my camera. Funny thing is, exactly 10 yrs ago today we had "Ice Storm 98" that shut down most of Ontario and Quebec, and some of N.Y. I guess. ;]

Well today It's warmest temperatue on this day in Chicago in like 150 years of record keeping. 65 degees. In January. It's crazy. You don't even need a jacket.
One more interesting thing. It went from 0 degrees to 60 degrees in 80 hours. I've never seen that happen before.

Yeah here is the view at 10am.
Looking West:
Looking East:
Not to mention it was at least 10 degrees and 90% humidity at that time.

In the picture looking East, I should be seeing Lake Ontario. Most of our snow is gone too. What is in the pics is half or less of what we had.
