I have some sad news

It's about 4 am here, and I just got home. About an hour ago I was awoken by a urgent phone call. It was one of my close friend's mother, crying. I was informed that my friend, Conrad, was in the ER, but I didn't know why. I drove to the hospital as fast as I could to see what had happened. Apperently Conrad had taken 63 over-the-counter pills, in an attemt to end his life. Conrad was havein some trouble at home, and was getting into heroin, so I could see him slowly slipping away. What nobody knew was that he was sevearly depressed.
Conrad slipped peacefully away when he was having a stomach pump, in an attempt to save him. He was 15. I somehow feel responsible for it. It makes me depressed to think that something was so wrong that the only way out was to end his life. I'll probably still be around, but please respect what has happened, and pray that something like this doesn't happen again.

really sorry to hear. i know how you feel. been there with one of my friends that ened his life too! it sucks what they leave behind. keep your head up! |

Im sorry super, if you need someone to talk to, i am here. I lost a really good friend 2 weeks ago, My friend hung himself. He was about to graduate, but his father had committed suicide the same way 2 months ago. I dont know why he did it, and i dont think i ever will, but he was a really close friend, i know how you are feeling right now. Hit me up if you wanna talk man. |

i'm very sorry to hear that, you can always find someone to talk to here if you need.
And as far as I'm concerned, it's like I say, drugs are not the problem. Other stuff is the problem.

Wow. This is deep... I have children n cousins n nephews.... sadly this sort of thing is like becoming a sorry ass trend..... too many of them happing.... Super n the others... keep yur chin up!!! Don't blame nobody except time.... remember that it was the persons final decision .... that was only way I got thru it was to respect that.... no matter what anybody else thinks, dat they took da cowards way out....or whatever... Sorry for this tragedy.... the good die young..... |
