I do not know your specifics, like if W7 came with the comp or if it had a different OS on it to start, or if you built this comp your self or if it is a box unit. But a couple things you could try to start with are: hit F8 or tab then delete to enter into safemode (if it is in a bootloop) and go into minimal services. dl the program from Microsoft that tests your system for W7 compatibility (I know you have put W7 on already, but it will still tell you if you installed a program that is not compatible), try shutting of the W7 driver auto updates and updating your drivers like your VC driver and you chipset drivers. I have and it seems many others have found that the Auto driver installer on W7 will not let you update your drivers to the most current 3rd party drivers as it thinks the one it has is better when it is not. Also you may want to see if your bios are up to date if not you should update them. Past that with out more specifics this is about all I can recommend.
