Sorry its taken so long Red, been really busy round these parts. And on top of it all we have been tryin to take care of my dog. He had to spend the night at the vet. because he had a REALLY bad infection (peeing blood and whatnot), I was kinda scared we were gonna lose him there for a bit. But alas he is as stubborn, if not more so, than I am. 15 years and goin.. haha
But tomorrow, well, later today. Promise.

OhYes sent us a jar of strawberry and blueberry rhubarb as well as canadian coins for my Dad, my little sis, and my little bro.

Yes Sub, me and my wife made the jam. We had made, blue berry/ blueberry rhubarb/ strawberry rhubarb/ and Apricot jams this past fall. We also make Perogies 2 to 3x a year. I keep meaning to make sauerkraut but that takes too much time between the actual fomenting stage and then the actual canning stage.

On the blueberry/rhubarb front....We had only made strawberry/rhubarb in both good keepable jars and give away jars. All our other jams were only canned in good jars and my wife hates when I give those away as they are expensive to buy. How ever since I was holding onto my last give away jar of jam for butch (Who finally got his), I had to make an exception and send jam from our keep stock to Scooby and Shaggy.
