You were banned by the anti hacking program that is on the server. The console banned you for this reason: KAC: Command sv_soundscape_printdebuginfo violation
It is an exploit to crash servers. The logs will tell me what command you executed. There is no reason you should have been using the command 'sv_soundscape_printdebuginfo', which is used to overflow/crash servers.
It means he could have been trying to crash the server. But I'm giving him a chance and hoping it was a mistake, or something strange happened on his computer.
