One of the top 3 best shows ive ever seen was incubus. Hammerstein ballroom in NYC, on sept 15th 2001. 4 days after 9-11. You could still see the buildings smoking while taking the train into the city. They fucking rocked the hell out of the place for a solid 3 hours. And hoobastank opened for them, but this was before they even had a radio single out, so they were rocking as well.
2nd best ever was Nine Inch Nails at molson ampitheater in toronto...canadians know how to fucking mosh!!
As for anyone dead, id see floyd, the grateful dead, hendrix, sinatra, and sublime before bradley died. |

Y'see, I'm not a "live" or concert fan, but the one thing I wish I could have been in person to see was Metallica's S&M concert. Then again, I think most <insert band name> and symphony remixes just give me the weirdest boner...

The Chemical Brothers
and
Kraftwerk
These two groups are the godfathers of electronic music. Electronic wouldn't have accomplished what it has without these groups. I got to see The Chemical Brothers at ULTRA (Ultra Music Festical Miami) 2011 and Kraftwerk this March at ULTRA 2012. I would see them every day and still dance like a maniac every single time.
If my life had a soundtrack it would be by these guys.
Here are a sample of both:
The Chemical Brothers - Swoon

Kraftwerk - The Robots (WARNING: This song is form the 70's so it might seem dated to you. These guys made up their own unique sounds for their music. It's worth a listen.)

Enjoy!
Or don't! |
