Ok Shaggy, I finally found a scanner that I liked and that liked Windows 7 64bit. So this first link is the portion diets from P90X these are what I still model my diets after:

http://www.megaup...d=0M0UBBCW

This is an excel form I had done with my diet lay out will doing P90X (for example on how to incorporate the above information:

http://www.megaup...d=YDIYPSHR

And finally this is an excel form On my current diet set up:

http://www.megaup...d=QTW0DWQ2

Finally you ask: how do I know how many calories I need? I use this site as it is free: http://www.fitnes...c4men.html

Input your information as laid out (Activity levels are as such: Sedetary = 0 work outs/week, light = 1hr work outs 1-2days a week, moderate = 1hr work outs 3-4days a week, Active = 1hr work outs 5-6days a week, and Very Active = 1hr work outs 7days a week.

Once you fill out the form it will calculate how many calories/day you need to maintain your weight on the activity level you are doing. If you are looking to burn fat you need to deduct 500cal/day from that number you got. If you want to maintain your weight then consume the calories they say. If you want to bulk up muscle wise take 1 to 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight. And finally do not get discourage if you do not instantly put on muscle it takes time.

Hope this helps.
Where's BOB??????
