From being in various competitive leagues i can generally spot a hacker and i have spectated kronic, and he is by far a legit player. Even though you can buy steam ids kronic has a 7 digit which tells you that he has been playing for a while and you can generally pick up a few tricks...such as footsteps (allowing you to prefire). I wanted to just throw that out there because i hate to see kids that are legit/good go down as so called "hackers" when they are just playing at their level.
