No its what Speedtest.net tells me all the samples on marketplace (CBC Canadian TV program) are the same layout dl is always a larger transfer rate then ul. Check the site out.

yea your down stream is always better than your upstream unless your running something like a business line then sometimes your going to have even liek at work we have dual t1 1 up 1 down |

the difference isnt by much so a few miles within 100-200 of ur isnt going to make much of a difference
