Ok so lately i have been trying to figure out why the **** my out and fps never leave 60.
My out never leaves 60 no matter what. Same with my FPS.
Today i went into windowed mode and everything went to normal.
fps was at 300 and out stayed at 100. and i was running top stats.
I dont know any idea?

Is your vsink turned on in game? Also you can go to your windows control panel and change your monitor hz rating this will increase your FPS.
Where's BOB??????

My fps isnt the problem i have great fps on almost all maps only when im in full window mod dose my fps sit at 60
When i go windowed it is at 299-300
Candy is Dandy but Liquor is Quicker

If you want good FPS thats not limited, yes. You should look for this in the options of any of your games.

You running 32 bit O/S or 64bit?

Yeah, it's probably due to vsync. Your monitor is probably set for 60Hz refresh. See if you can turn off vsync for games.

No idea what was causing the problem but a reformat solved it and it wasn't the V sync i checked that. That also dose not explain my Tick rate never leaving 60

I used to be in dogz i ran the servers with scooby for a while. I was in dogz from around oooo end of 06 till mid 07
Ask people in the clan they know who i am i used to run under the name [*DoGz*] WtF,
[*DoGz*] wtfaatp
I know run under the name
[mFc.] Shipoopi (wtf)
i realli dont play in dogz nor any other server that much to busy running a clan and taking care of a kid. Scooby tigerox Chode Seven jkilla mikka shaggy corex badseed

when i have v sync on my fps is 60 too but at the same time fraps is showing 467-500fps so it must be an ingame kind of fps cap or somthing like that.
They laugh because we're losers...

uuhhh wtf... i don't remember you running anything in DoGz.and i don't think your dates of when you were in DoGz are right... i'm not sure you were in DoGz in 2006.... oh and on a lil side note ( no offense to either of you ) but.. you and Jkilla resemble each other alot. Maybe we are maybe we aren't i have been in dogz sence 06 i have to have been. Lol i released a map a mad for dogz way back in feb. so i know i was here for a while. I wasn't RUNNING the server but i kept it up for him and made sure everything was running right and fixed or replaced what ever needed to be done. LoL yea i was here befor dogz even left dagger website. Been here for that long BRO

Dude you were not in dogz before they left dagger server I played with dogz on dagger server and do not even remotely remember you and i joined Dogz right after they got their own server and I know for a fact that i was in DoGz way be4 you. I have no idea what you are trying to prove and to who but I think that your statements are just about entirely false.
