Well I just bought my first home! So i guess I will be packing up for the next month or so. Waiting for Escrow to close, then moving in and having one hell of a PARTY!!!

Nice ctrl! I'm looking to make the milestone below that one and move into an apartment with some friends. We've found one were just trying to determine when we should move in because one of my roommates is going to Greece for 6 weeks and the other is still recovering from a nasty hospital visit so she hasn't been able to work but she's getting better fast and I'm psyched to move out |

That's so exciting Ctrl! My friends and I have been looking for a house to rent and it hasn't been easy so hopefully things will work out in the end haha. |

Thanks Everyone!!! Yeah its stills kind of surreal because it doesnt feel like ours yet.. But soon enough we will be moving in!!!

Wow Ctrl, congrats man. Owning a home never felt so good.
Now you can finally do some lawn work, interior redesign and other fun projects, unlike in apartments you can't touch anything. Also, the neighbors above or below can be annoying.
