Item #1 (I use this for parties I attend):
California Loaf:
1. 1 - French loaf cut in half (you can use any loaf sour doe/ multi-grain etc...)
2. 1/4 to 1/2 pound butter melted and spread on to the 2 half's of the loaf
3. 1 - small jar minced or crushed garlic spread over the 2 half's of the loaf
4. 1 to 2 bunches of green onions chopped and spread over the 2 half's of the loaf
5. 2 bags of real bacon bits (1 bag per half loaf)
6. 1bag of shredded cheese spread over the 2 half's of the loaf (use what ever cheese you like I use either tex mex or double cheddar.
7. bake in the oven at 350F till cheese melts then broil till cheese lightly browns pull out let cool, cut and serve.

Item #2:
Marinated steak:
1. pour 2 bottles of teryaki sauce into a large sealable container like a ziplock container
2. pour in soya sauce till it slicks over the teryaki (like oil slicking over water)
3. shack several drops of warchester sauce in the container
4. put 2 to 4 large spoon fulls of crushed or minced garlic in the container
3. mix the contents with a fork and put steak in marinate ensure the meat is covered in the mix. seal container and let sit for 12 to 24hrs rotate a couple times during this time.
4. BBQ steaks to your liking.

I also make home made burgers with this marinate.

One of my "impress people dinners" is bacon wrapped scallops which is an EXTREMELY easy dish.

-Pretzel's bacon wrapped scallops and brussel sprouts yo-

*Get your ass 1.5lbs of scallops
*16 oz uncured bacon
*Grass fed butter (kerrygold)
*16 oz brussel sprouts
*Himalayan rock salt

1. Rinse scallops
2. Massage erotically with melted butter
3. Wraps scallops individually with a slice of bacon per scallop (half slices if you have weak ass small scallops)
4. STAB with wooden kabob sticks or stolen chopsticks
5. Pour butter over your brussel sprouts
6. Put all into a deep pan
7. Put said pan into 350 degree oven
8. cook 15 minutes then FLIP them scallops and sprouts over
9. cook additional 15 minutes
10. Remove and enthusiastically cover with himalayan salt rocks son.

I don't think you understand how impressive bacon wrapped scallops sound, never mind smell or taste. If you're single this is the shit that will get your dick touched kid.

Bacon/steak alfredo, with any type of noodles (I usually use penne or rigatoni). Marinade the steak before you cook it, and cook the bacon until it's crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle. I have a homemade recipe for alfredo sauce that I will give out for a small fee of $2312735637165. Wink

Nutnut
beer boiled brat
- however many sausages of whatever variety ( i prefer chicken apple )
- 1 - 2 bottles of indian pale ale (2 if you are doing 6 or more)
- 1 onion quartered

After you boil it up throw them on a pan or the grill to char them. super easy and yummy. Also keep an eye on it while it is boiling because the foam spills over easily. Enjoy

So Here's a chicken soup I make:
4-6 leeks
2 whole cabbages
2-3 white onions
a bag of carrots, roughly a dozen
thyme
3-5 chicken breast
apple cider vinegar
garlic

Start with a boiling pot of water. Throw in your veg as you break it down, starting with the heavier root veggies since they take longer to boil. Once you've noticed the carrots have gotten soft add diced chicken and add the thyme tied as a bundle held together with cooking twine which you will remove after the soup is done, also add a table spoon or two of apple cider vinegar, this helps break down the protein and also helps flavor. This is a lot of soup, I make this much to last me the whole week, alter the amounts however you like. I also season my soup in individual portions since I like my servings on the saltier side. Enjoy.

Recently I used the leftover onion from the beer boiled brats in this soup. since there's so much soup it didn't change the taste.
