Reason why you should be unbanned : Reason I should be unbanned should be because I just got banned out of the blue, I was kind of confused until I checked the source bans, which said inappropriate spray, to were I never heard a warning about it being offensive or anything, it was my first time spraying my new spray, and then boom banned. I should of gotten a warning since I've been a regular for years and this is the first ban ever on this server. PLZ and TY.

Our MOTD is your first warning. 4. No Porn Sprays
I should of gotten a warning since I've been a regular for years and this is the first ban ever on this server.
This was not your first time ban, you were banned for racism before.

I think I want this overseen by someone else, because u seem angry for sum reason, and are making it seem personal somehow, that's how I feel it is. My spray was not even a porn spray, if it was ide understand, seen other get countless warnings on porn sprays, and I don't get a warning and get banned for a spray that says something that offends some people, but still any of the other veteran admins I know in the server would of given a warning if it was offensive to them, u didn't, not everyone reads the motd, they go straight to the game. And that ban that u brought up was by an admin in the past that did not like me at all which is another that made it personal, and it wasn't racism he banned me cause he though I hacked but put racism, which is why it was revoked. So know the details first, b4 you start talking about my maturity lvl and check yours first, I mean no disrespect but you are coming off a little too high horsed. Seen it, experienced it, and am recognizing it. And as im typing this im remembering that maybe this is personal because I tend to type a lot of smack and call people baddies and what not and u might have been one of those, but its part of the game, and I don't even have a mic, I type it.... I do respect the admins yet some admins don't even represent the server by wearing the tag or sure as hell I would of never sprayed it in the presence of an admin if I knew one was in there.
And btw I also used to be member so I respect all admins and the server which is one of my biggest favs.

Please give us some time to evaluate the situation(s) and we'll give you a response here soon as to if we can unban you. This isn't a place to start going into a tangent and starting stuff with people and a lot of admins see this and address the situation. Hang tight and thanks...
Now that I seen your post you got in a minute before my little message above, let me get this straight... You're saying if you'd of known an admin was in the server, you wouldn't of sprayed the pic? But since you thought an admin wasn't in the server, since they weren't tagged as a DoGz member, you sprayed the image? You'll break the rules if you know no admin is around, but if an admin is around you won't? Also, can you share with us what the image was so we have an idea what we're dealing with since it's not a porn spray. You've played here long enough to know the rules Terminator, even if you don't read the MOTD daily. They haven't changed in quite some time. When were you a member?

A long time ago like in cronic bobs time and b4 for a while, used to clan hop a bit in my younger days, not even a pic man it was a phrase, if people took offense to it they coulda told me, bet anyone else would of not minded or told me to change it (gave me a warning)used to play with 211/kush/cronic/evil and plenty of other peeps that prob don't play anymore, I used to be on top of da server, and ive never asked for trouble or gotten in trouble till now with no warning, proper admin woulda been professional about it. so basically this is my first ban because other one was not even applicable and lifted the same day I believe. Im here to play and have fun if people take things personal its not my fault, they have a mouth and I can comply with their needs. my spray is nothing more than a taunt, all I can say its that its a game and ive never had a trouble like this with any other admin, used to spray the same spray in the past with other admins and they would just laugh and be like heeey that's not nice..lol
