so i don't know how you all might have spent the past week, but i enjoyed a MUCH needed trip to vegas for my 21st birthday.
I saw lots of weirdos, and it made me feel like i was home.<3
just kidding, but- i did spend about 85% of my time there in downtown vegas, which hands down is much better than the strip imo. I was able to get completely shitfaced at a few different bars without venturing far from my hotel! (Or getting sunburned!)
My favorite place wasn't even outside of my hotel.... I freaking LOVE this bar.
All the bartenders even gave me a show every time I got a drink as well... something they call "flaring". basically they throw the bottles and cups around behind them and above them... and doing tricks that probably most of us can't do.
Oh, not to mention everything was a hell of a lot cheaper. I'd rather pay 5 dollars for a drink downtown than go to a DECENT hotel on the strip and pay 14 dollars for the same drink.
But the HIGHLIGHT of my trip was definitely Tournament of Kings... where I got to nerd it out and not get looked at funny :3
Got to eat with my hands... bang on the tables and yell when i didn't like the way the show was going.. and see hot guys on horses jousting it out !
Yeah.... pretty good week indeed.

That's what I like to hear. Change is good to clear your mind up whether it was from stress, sadness, etc. Just came back from NY and majority of my stress went away.
Vacations are always nice.
